Added Character Sheets

These weren't really new, but they were available to download only on my website and since the website is down due to hackers I thought it would be good to include them here. There is the standard character sheet, the NPC character sheet, a character sheet in case you want to have a Special Ability character (see Appendix A), and a template for vehicles.
